Babies have rosy checks but there is a limit to how red their skin should become. When you want to watch for signs of teething, you need to look at whether or not the baby is running a temperature. If they feel hotter than before then it might be an indication of teething. However, you also need to keep an eye on the redness of the skin, especially around the cheek area.
