Don’t Let the Baby become Overtired

When babies are overtired, they are a nightmare. They are so tired they can’t sleep and they will cry and cry and no matter what you do, they won’t stop. It happens and usually it is caused by parents allowing the children not to nap during the day. While you might not want them to nap, they sometimes need it and that is something you really have to think about. Having a nap during the day might really help the baby sleep later on and help avoid them getting overtired. If the baby is tired, let them sleep. It will help avoid them being overtired later.

You can’t make a baby sleep, they will sleep when they want to but even when they aren’t overly tired, you still have to try and stick to the schedule.
